Distance Sales Agreement

This Agreement is signed between the following parties under the terms and conditions stated below. Seller: Ceha Yazılım A.Ş. Address: Acarlar mah.9.cad. No:1/30 Beykoz/İstanbul Email: info@cehasoftware.com Buyer: The user purchasing products/services from the website.

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the "CB Bottomfinder" indicator access service ordered by the BUYER electronically via the www.bottomfinder.com website.

The type, quantity, sales price, and payment method of the product consist of the information provided at the time the order is finalized. The product is digital content (TradingView indicator access); no physical delivery will be made.

CB Bottomfinder is a digital content and instantly performed service. 

• In accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts relating to services performed instantly in the digital environment and intangible goods delivered immediately to the consumer. However, in case of any technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance."

• By starting your 3-day free trial, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee at the end of the trial period. You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial to avoid charges. Once the trial period ends and the subscription fee is processed, no refunds will be issued as per our digital product policy

• One-Click Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click via your dashboard. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.

• Access & Responsibility: Users are responsible for reviewing product samples and descriptions before purchase. 

• The BUYER declares that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, and payment method of the product on the website and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.

• The TradingView account required for using the digital product is the sole responsibility of the BUYER.
